How to cancel or postpone
If you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing (email). Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive your written request.
Standard cancellation charges

Peak season bookings
For peak season — weekends or weekdays during Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year — hotel / forest lodge bookings may follow a separate cancellation policy, which will be advised at the time of booking.
Early departure
No refund is applicable for unused nights, unused meals or early checkout once the tour has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing by GTI Travels.
Safari non-availability
If your safari is not booked due to technical error or non-availability of seats, we will refund the safari amount to your given bank account and communicate accordingly.
Government fee changes
After you finalise the tour cost, any hike in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Government / forest department will be charged as extra.
