By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Services
GTI Travels assists with wildlife tour packages, hotel/resort bookings, jeep and canter safari permits, transfers and related travel arrangements across India’s national parks (including Corbett, Gir, Ranthambore, Kaziranga, Tadoba, Bandhavgarh and more).
Payments
To purchase tour packages or related services, we collect an advance payment to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The remaining package cost can be paid upon arrival at the destination, before commencement of services, unless otherwise advised.
We hold the sole right to decide the mode of payment and the advance amount. It varies according to the nature of services offered.
Full payment is required in advance during peak season tourism periods (Christmas, New Year and major festivals) to hold hotel and resort bookings.
GTI Travels Private Limited reserves the right to change, modify or terminate any offer at its discretion without prior notice.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation of a similar category will be arranged.
Mode of payment
Advance payment may be made through net banking, Master/Visa debit or credit cards, UPI or other secure online channels as made available. Foreign nationals may pay through accepted currency instruments or international cards where permitted.
Bank / gateway charges applicable on card payments may be added to the total amount and payable by the guest.

Cancellation / no-show / early departure
If you postpone or cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written request. See the full schedule on our Cancellation Policy page.
Jeep Safari and Canter Safari permits are non-refundable.
Our liabilities and limitations
After you finalise the tour/service cost, any hike in safari/museum permit fees, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Government of India (or state forest departments) will be charged extra.
GTI Travels acts as a facilitator for bookings. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by weather, park closures, government orders, force majeure, transport strikes or supplier defaults beyond our reasonable control.
Important note — safari availability
If your safari cannot be booked due to technical error or non-availability of seats, we will refund the safari amount to your given bank account and communicate the same accordingly.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
